My inspiration for ClarendonJava.ca
Nestled in the vibrant heart of Wellington Village, my Nonna Amelia’s kitchen on Harmer Avenue was my haven growing up. The rich aroma of freshly brewed coffee waffed through the air, lovingly made with her cherished mocha pots. (She brought them from Italy in 1955) Each cup was a delightful celebration of bold flavours and cherished memories, catering to her friends and family as they gathered over exceptional coffee that truly warmed the soul. I knew the coffee was fantastic because they ALWAYS had friends over,
We grew up on the corner of Clarendon & Java. So partnering with a local coffee roaster in the West End of Ottawa was a no-brainer. Our master roaster has been honing his craft for over 25 years. The first time I tried Mr. C’s coffee I decided never to buy store bought again. It’s here I decided the good people of Ottawa’s West End deserve to get this coffee online.

How Often Do You Roast?
At least 2-3 times per week.
How does Roast-2-Order work?
Some amazing software handles all inventory calculations We never make more coffee than what is actually ordered. Sound complicated? A bit.
Worth it? Absolutely!
What do you mean by Roast-2-Order?
Roast-2-Order means that if you did not order it, we did not roast it.
Why Does Roast-2-Order Matter
Roast-2-Order matters because some very accurate calculations pertaining to yields, forecast totals, and available inventory need to be performed to ensure real freshness. Without those calculations, your coffee simply won’t be fresh. We do this in real time at every moment of our roast process and that insures that we only ever make exactly what’s ordered.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Your order typically ships the next day, however we reserve the right to take an extra day to do the job well.
